For any applicant claiming their qualification to be equivalent to the required one, an equivalence certificate from the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the relevant Administrative Department must be submitted for acceptance by the Commission either at the time of interview or when demanded.
