Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for admission into any program at the University of Education, prospective students must meet certain eligibility criteria. Those who have been rusticated, expelled, or banned from any UE campus or affiliated college or have been involved in a criminal case of moral turpitude are not eligible for admission unless granted permission by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the University Admission Committee. Prospective students must provide an undertaking to this effect. Furthermore, admission to the BS, MS, M.Phil., and Ph.D. courses for 2022 is subject to the criteria established by the Higher Education Commission.
Only those applicants who have their complete results ready by the application deadline can be considered for admission. Additionally, no major disciplinary action has been taken against any student and they have not been admitted to any other degree program. Finally, the scores achieved in the two year Bachelor Program’s semester system will be multiplied by 0.85.
Requirement of MS/MPhil:
For launching an MS/M.Phil program in a campus/division, two full-time faculty members holding doctoral degrees should be in place. Furthermore, applicants must have achieved a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 in the semester system, or a 2nd division in the annual system in a MA/MSc/BS/Equivalent degree.
