The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) announced a consolidated advertisement on 29/2022 November for various vacancies, including 428+ Police Inspectors (Specialist Cadre), Jr Clerks, Assistant Directors & Others in Punjab Govt Departments. These vacancies are available at the Punjab Police Department, Board of Revenue, WASA, Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency and others. Candidates with Masters’s Degree / Post Graduation from HEC recognized institute in a relevant field are eligible to apply to start today.

The schedule for the written test and physical test dates will be announced soon, along with the list of selected and rejected candidates with objections.

INSPECTOR LEGAL (SPECIALIST CADRE) (on Regular and All Punjab Basis):

You must have a university degree from a recognized college or university. You also need to have two years of law school. Experience certificate consisting of precise times and thorough info from President District Bar Association duly countersigned and affixing rubber stamp to dispatch along with Sessions Judge D (in original) having Enrollment Certificates as an Attorney issued by the Punjab Bar Council shall be submitted. Only Practical experience is acceptable for this post.

  • Total Posts: 357-POSTS Including 18 posts reserved for Minority Quota and 54 posts reserved for Women Quota.
  • BPS-16 (on a regular and all-Punjab basis)
  • Gender: Male/Female/Transgender
  • Quota: Minority, Women
  • Domicile: All Punjab Basis
  • Qualification: Law graduate from a recognized university with 2 years legal practice.
  • Age Limit: 18-32(male/female)
    • For in-service candidates from the Punjab Police Department: 18-35 years
    • For in-service candidates from the civil department: 18-32 years
  • Physical Standards:
    • Height for male:5 feet 5 inches: Chest: 32″ 33 1/2 inches
    • Height for female:5 feet 2 inches Chest: Nil
  • Visual Standards: Distance vision 6/9 in each eye with or without glasses. Near vision not less than J-1 for both males and females.
  • Place Of Posting: All Punjab

The cut-off date for determining the age will be the 1st of January 2022. However, all the other conditions for eligibility will be determined on or before the closing date for receipt of the application. Candidates will produce the original certificates during the Psychological Testing and interview to verify the associated details in the application form.To apply for a government job, you must show that you have the required skills and qualifications. Your certificate of physical fitness is one of the qualifications you must have. Some jobs require that you pass a medical examination.

You must take a physical exam if you are selected for the job. The physical exam will test your health and determine if you are physically fit to do the job. There are some other tests as well.
