To be eligible for the LUMS NOP scholarship, you must have at least 80% marks in Matric or the grade equivalent in O Levels and demonstrate financial need. All costs of traveling, summer coaching, entrance test fee, etc… will be paid by LUMS. The selection process begins with summer coaching classes, followed by the LUMS entry test.

LUMS National Outreach Program NOP Scholarship 2024 Admission Test Registration Deadline Schedule
Initiated in 2001, the LUMS National Outreach Program (NOP) at LUMS has been promoting cultural diversity and inclusively by providing world-class education opportunities to talented students from all over Pakistan. This prestigious scholarship program identifies bright students with exceptional Matriculation and FA/FSc results, and provides them with full financial assistance to pursue their undergraduate studies at LUMS.

Eligibility Criteria:
If you are a student who has scored at least 80% marks in Matric or equivalent in O-Levels and are financially deserving, you are invited to the LUMS NOP summer coaching sessions. Here, you will be evaluated through different exercises and tests. If you perform well at the Summer Coaching Session, you will be registered for the entrance test, and LUMS will cover the costs. Once you have applied to LUMS and qualify on merit, you will be offered admission on a full scholarship.
Selection process:
If you’re interested in applying for the LUMS National Outreach Program (NOP) Summer Coaching Session, the application process is simple. Our team visits schools, colleges, and villages all over Pakistan to give presentations on the NOP. Afterward, students can submit their applications directly to LUMS. Once applications are received, select students are invited to campus to experience university life.
All students who are accepted to the NOP also take the LUMS Admissions Test, which is funded by the university. Based on financial need and academic performance, qualified applicants are offered a fully-funded scholarship for an undergraduate program at LUMS. It’s important to note that there are no separate seats or quotas for students based on region, ethnicity, or extra-curricular activities.
All students, regardless of their background, can apply to LUMS if they meet the criteria of marks and financial need.
How to Apply:
Are you interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree at LUMS? Students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the National Outreach Program (NOP) and attend the Summer Coaching Session (SCS) at LUMS in order to embark on their journey to higher education.
Step 1 – Application Process Applicants can fill out their online application form at nopscs.lums.edu.pk in their first year of Intermediate or A-Levels. The SCS is arranged during the summer holidays and will provide students with the opportunity to experience campus life and prepare for the University’s Admission Test.
Step 2 – Summer Coaching Session Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the two-week-long summer coaching session, funded by LUMS except for travelling. Attending the coaching does not guarantee admission or scholarship awards.
Step 3 – Admission Test Registration Fee LUMS will pay the one-time admission test registration fee of successful NOP summer coaching session candidates who also meet all academic and scholarship parameters.
Step 4 – LUMS Admission Form Successful NOP summer coaching session participants will need to fill out the LUMS Undergraduate Admission Form in order to apply for their desired degree program.
Admission Test:
When candidates who have performed well in the Summer Coaching Session get shortlisted, they are then asked to register for the LUMS entrance exam. The application forms for undergraduate program are available online and must be submitted before the specified deadline. Upon successful completion of the exam, the admission status is communicated by the end of June-July each year. Candidates who qualify on merit are offered admission to LUMS, and upon further assessment of financial need, may be eligible for the National Outreach Program (NOP) scholarship.
