SZABMU Public Medical and Dental Colleges Admissions 2024 Entry Test
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for admission to MBBS and BDS for the academic year 2022 – 2024, applicants must have a FSc Pre-Medical/ inter or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% Marks from a recognized institute. Additionally, applicants must have passed the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2024 with at least 55% Marks for MBBS and 45% Marks for BDS. For those repeating applicants who have already passed the MDCAT in 2021 with 65% Marks, they are also eligible to apply.
Weight age formula for Admission:

How To Apply:
Candidates must go to the SZABMU website www.szabmu.edu.pk and click on the “Admissions in Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges” link. All applications must be submitted online; paper-based applications are not allowed. Any falsified documents will result in the admission being canceled and the candidate being barred from applying to any medical or dental school.
After registering by providing a CNIC/Passport number, Email ID, and setting up password, they must fill out the admission form, select their desired program and institute, and submit scanned copies of the required documents. Furthermore, they must generate the application processing fee challan (one for MBBS and another for BDS) and pay the non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- at a nearby HBL Bank Ltd. branch. Individual applications must be submitted for MBBS and BDS. If applicants wish to apply for more than one quota, they must submit separate forms and the associated application fee.

Important Notes:
The application process is entirely online, so there is no need to submit a physical copy of the application to the university. It should be noted that any applicant who does not meet the eligibility requirements will not be considered for admission. Candidates claiming to be Hafiz-e-Quran must upload a scanned Hifz Certificate issued by the registered Madrasa and take part in a Hifz-e-Quran test conducted by SZABMU. Applicants applying for disabled quota seats must present their disability certificate and documents to the Medical Examination Board of SZABMU.
Certificates issued by public/private medical practitioners will not be accepted. Incomplete or lacking applications will not be accepted. Once the application is submitted, it is considered final. Original scan documents must be uploaded in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format only, and the file size must not exceed 512KB per document.
The chosen individual must submit their fees before the due date, or else their provisional admission will be terminated, and the following applicant on the waiting list will be given access to ensure the process is completed promptly. If a student’s credentials are not approved, the University will annul their provisional admission. If an applicant is found to have tampered with their secondary school certificate or high school certificate/degree or presented with a false document, they will be prohibited from applying to any medical or dental college in Pakistan in the future, and the admission of the applicant will be revoked. No individual notification will be sent out for interviews/placement etc. All relevant information can be accessed on the official website of SZABMU (www.szabmu.edu.pk) until the process is concluded.
