Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16)
- Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree with at the least 2nd Division
- IT Skills: one hundred WPM Shorthand & 50 WPM Typing Speed in English
- Quota: Balochistan
- Computer Knowledge/Skills are obligatory.
- Age Limit: Maximum: 28 Years (5 Years rest within the Upper Age Limit)
Junior Assistant (BPS-09)
- Education & Skills: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) with at least 30 Words Per Minute Typing Speed
- Age Limitation: Maximum 25 Years (five Years Relaxation in the Maximum Age Limit).
Staff Car Driver (BPS-04) & Naib Qasid (BPS-01)
- Education: Primary
- Upper Age Limit: 28 for Driver & 25 for Naib Qasid
- For Drivers – Driving License is Mandatory
Gun man (BPS-07)
- Qualifications: Matric Pass
- Priority might be given to Experienced Gunmen & Residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
How to apply:
As we told above, this appointment might be performed via the OTS. So, candidates can Download the Application and Challan Forms from the OTS website (www.ots.org.Pk). Only programs submitted to the OTS will be taken into consideration.
The OTS will get hold of programs within 15 days (twenty-fifth February 2024). Applications should be addressed to the Manager Operations, Office No. 1, Central Avenue Road, Bahria Town, Phase – 6, Islamabad. The Application Form should include all required facts and paid replica of the Challan Form. Instructions/Guidelines for the Application Procedure are provided on the OTS website.

Important Information:
- Persons already in the authorities carrier shall practice through proper channels and should produce NOC at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA might be paid for the test/interview.
- In the necessity of service, the number of posts may be elevated or decreased because of the case.
- General relaxation of five years is admissible over and above the prescribed age restriction for posts.
- To ensure accuracy, the candidate must specify their age at the utility’s cutoff date. Any requests for age relaxation will be considered alongside the submission.
- Only shortlisted applicants may be called for a test/interview.
