- Applications for CHPE admissions shall be submitted online. Candidates are required to scan and upload the following with the online application form:
- One passport-length photograph
- Candidate’s CNIC
- Basic Degree and Transcript (16 years of education)
- Highest degree and transcript (if any)
- Valid registration with regulatory frame, wherever applicable.
- NOC from corporation (If Govt/Semi employed), anywhere applicable
- After a successful attachment of scanned copies, click the “Submit” button.
- Upon successful submission of software, the candidate might be able to print an Application Processing Fee Challan.
- Candidates are required to visit their nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd. (countrywide) to deposit the software processing fee.
- After depositing the fee, have the financial institution stamp “Paid Fee Challan” and connect with the Online Application Form, then click on “Final Submit”.
- There isn’t any need to ship the revealed application form.
