The National Testing Service (NTS) GAT (General) is an assessment test for candidates interested in pursuing a graduate degree in Pakistan. The test evaluates the aptitude and abilities of applicants for admission into MS, M.Phil and other programs. The NTS GAT (General) is scheduled for 2024 and registration is open until the last date of Challan Fee. NTS Graduate Assessment Test GAT General 2024 I:
The GAT-GENERAL is a Graduate Assessment Test used for admissions into MS/M.Phil programs. Those with a minimum of sixteen years of education are qualified to take the test, and those wishing to improve their previous GAT score may also apply. Mobile phones are not allowed in the test center premises, and the GAT test result will remain valid for a period of TWO YEARS, effective from 1st January 2007 onward. Furthermore, candidates must meet any additional criteria specified by the Universities.

Schedule GAT General 2024:
The National Testing Service (NTS) has declared the schedule for the Graduate Assessment Test (GAT) 2024 for admission to MS/M.Phil programs. Those with sixteen or more years of education are eligible to appear for the test. Those who wish to improve their earlier GAT™ score can also apply. Additional criteria as specified by the universities are also required for entry into the program. GAT Subject is a compulsory assessment for admission to any postgraduate program in Pakistan as mandated by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

The GAT Exam Schedule for 2024 is now available. This schedule outlines the dates and times for the six GAT tests available each year across Pakistan. Before each test, the NTS will publish the date for the next GAT test at least 20 days in advance in the local newspaper. Though NTS will announce test dates for GAT at least 20 days before the test, it reserves the right to adjust or postpone the GAT test schedule.
The application file for GAT General must be sent to the NTS™ secretariat before the registration deadline. NTS™ cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery via Courier/Pakistan Post etc. GAT General is a mandatory examination that is required by HEC for admission to postgraduate programs in Pakistan. Visit the official website www.nts.org.pk of NTS to register for the GAT-General Test, where eligible candidates must submit the online registration form along with a bank deposit slip of Rs. 1000/-.
