Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
  • Height: 5 Feet 4 Inches
  • 1.6 kilometers run in 9 minutes
  • 10 repetitions of Sit-ups in 2 minutes
  • 10 repetitions of Pushups in 2 minutes
  • 2 repetitions of Chin-ups in 2 minutes


A minimum of 18 years of experience in the specified discipline with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.5 is required. One to two years of experience working on software development, ERP, GIS, information security, network, and system management projects is desired. Expert knowledge of Java, PHP, NET, and related technologies are also a must.

ISSB Test:

in the specified disciplines from PEC/HEC certified Pakistani/international universities with a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 62.5 per cent in the yearly system, with no 3rd Division/ Grade D and only one 2nd Division/ Grade C throughout the academic career. Even if they have completed an MSc/MCS, they must have a four-year engineering degree in one of the mentioned specialties. Those chosen for the Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) tests/interviews will be notified via the website and call-up letters.

After being recommended by the Inter-Service Selection Board (ISSB), they will be interviewed by the General Headquarters (GHQ) Selection Board in Rawalpindi, and no Traveling Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) is allowed. Finally, those chosen by the General Headquarters (GHQ) Selection Board will be subjected to a complete medical examination in various CHMs, as desired by the candidates.Applicants must have a minimum of 16 years of formal education (BS/BE). The ultimate judgment will be made by the General Headquarters (GHQ) based on the total performance of the applicants.

Documents and Recruitment Centers:

Applicants must bring the original copies of their transcripts and academic qualifications, along with five copies of each document that have been certified. Those employed in government organizations must submit a no-objection certificate from their department. Additionally, they must provide photocopies of their residence permit, computerized national identity card with NADRA’s verification slip, six color photographs that have been attested (one front and five back), and a crossed postal order of 100 rupees in favor of the Director General of Personnel Administration at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi. Finally, applicants must bring their degrees verified by the Higher Education Commission or Pakistan Engineering Council.
