The Pakistan Science Foundation is offering the Science Talent Farming Scheme scholarships for the 2022-2024 academic year. Applications for the PSF scholarships for the 2022 6th batch should be submitted online through the NTS. FSC students are eligible for the PSF scholarship 2022.

NTS Pakistan Science Foundation PSF Scholarships 2024:

The application period for the sixth installment of the Science Talent Farming Scheme (STFS) Scholarships has begun, and up to 500 students can apply for the scholarships via the National Testing Service (NTS) website www.nts.org.pk. The Pakistan Science Foundation, under the Ministry of Science and Technology, has opened applications for the 6th batch of 500 scholarships for FSC and Matric students. The scholarships, which are part of the Science Talent Farming Scheme, can be found on the NTS website.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students who have passed the Matric (10th class/SSC) annual examination in 2022 from a government school are eligible to apply. Schools run by private, semi-government, or any other type of organization, as per the approved PC-l of STFS, are not eligible. The applicants must have scored a minimum of 60% in all subjects and 70% in the four science subjects.

Selection Criteria:

The initial selection process will be based on a score determined by the stated eligibility criteria. The Science Aptitude Test (written exam) will encompass topics from four subjects at the SSC (Metric) level of the National Curriculum, with each issue accounting for 25% of the total score. These positions are also set aside for minority and disabled individuals and will be distributed by the federal government’s quota regulations.

Required Documents:

Applicants must submit certified copies of their Matric/SSC result card and their CNIC/B-Form domicile certificate. If the student does not have their domicile, they can submit their father’s for the test. After the shortlisting process is complete, the candidate must provide their home at the time of the interview. These positions are also set aside for minority and disabled individuals and will be distributed by the federal government’s quota regulations.

Test and interview:

Paper type= IQ test (Scenario based and Shape based).

Interview= presentation on innovative ideas.

Monthly stipend and other benefits:

1. Monthly Scholarship Rs.15,000 per month for the period of 02 years of F.Sc.
2. Study visits to S&T organizations, universities and labs.
3. Undertaking research projects during F.Sc under the mentorship of selected University Professors.

How to apply:

Interested students can apply for the Pakistan Science Foundation STFS Scholarship 2022-2024 on the NTS website by clicking the link. After submitting the online application, applicants must send a copy of the form and attested copies of their SSC/Matric Detailed Marks Sheet, their own or their father’s domicile, and CNIC/B-Form to the NTS Headquarters in Islamabad. Applications that are filled out improperly or incompletely, or are sent in by hand, will be discarded. The deadline for submission is December 23, 2022.

To apply for the Pakistan Science Foundation Scholarship 2022, applicants must visit the National Testing Service (NTS) official website (https://www.nts.org.pk/) to check the criteria and details. An application form must be filled out and submitted along with an attested copy of the CNIC B.Form, a certified copy of the Domicile, two passport-size photographs, and an original Challan Fee Slip.
