1) Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi Admission 2024 NTS Test Result:

The Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi has announced the admission schedule for the session 2024. The admission will be purely on merit basis and the eligible candidates will be selected through an entrance test. The entrance test will be conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS). The candidates who will qualify the entrance test will be eligible to get admission in the nursing program.

The admission schedule and the eligibility criteria have been uploaded on the official website of the Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi. The interested candidates can apply online for the admission. The candidates who will submit the application form after the last date will not be entertained.

The candidates who will qualify the entrance test will be called for the interview. The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the entrance test and the interview. The selected candidates will be notified about their admission through the official website of the Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi.

The Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi has recently announced the admission requirements and schedule for the academic year 2024. All those candidates who have passed the NTS test with good marks and are eligible for the admission process can now check their Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi Admission 2024 NTS Test Result online.

The admission process will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their NTS test scores. The NTS test will be held on 22nd March 2024.  The admission will be purely on merit basis. The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the NTS test and the interview. The candidates who will qualify the NTS test will be called for the interview. The candidates who will qualify the interview will be included in the final merit list.

The candidates who are seeking admission in the DNSK must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination with science subjects from a recognized board of intermediate and secondary education.
• The candidate must have secured at least 60% marks in the HSSC examination.
• The candidate must have passed the Pakistan Nurses Council (PNC) examination.
• The candidate must be a registered nurse with the Pakistan Nursing Council.

The candidates who will be selected on merit will be offered admission in the following programs:

B.Sc. Nursing

Post RN B.Sc. Nursing

The duration of the B.Sc. Nursing program is four years and the duration of the Post RN B.Sc. Nursing program is two years. The candidates who will be selected for the B.Sc. Nursing program will have to complete the program within four years. The candidates who will be selected for the Post RN B.Sc. Nursing program will have to complete the program within two years.

The Directorate of Nursing Sindh Karachi is responsible for the registration of nurses and midwives in the province of Sindh. The department also regulates the nursing and midwifery education in the province. The department offers admission to the four-year B.Sc. Nursing program twice a year. The admission process is conducted through the National Testing Service (NTS).

The admission requirements for the B.Sc. Nursing program are as follows:

• The applicant must have passed the NTS test with at least 60% marks.
• The applicant must have a valid domicile of the province of Sindh.
• The applicant must be at least 17 years of age.
• The applicant must be medically fit.

Required Documents:

The following documents are required at the time of admission:

• attested copies of the HSSC or equivalent examination certificate
• attested copies of the NTS test results
• four recent passport size photographs
• a copy of the CNIC or B-form
• a copy of the domicile certificate

After the submission of the admission application, the eligible candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the interview and the NTS test.
